We use the USPS (United States Post Office) exclusively to do our shipping. We strive very hard to send out your order as quickly as possible. Usually ships within 24-48 hours of the time we receive your order. Actually, we process most orders within 24 hours of receiving them, sometimes more quickly. Sometimes, 48 hours, depending on the time of day the order came through and how many orders are ahead of yours. A lot of our orders are sent the same day we receive them. An exception would be items that may be due in stock in a day or so. Express mail orders will be sent out the same day they are received if we have them by Noon, Central time zone. Email tracking and confirmation information will follow shortly after the order is processed and sent out. We do not pack or send orders on Saturdays or of course, Sundays (no mail service).
Because we ship so quickly often times, it is necessary for you to contact us ASAP if an order needs some modifications or you wish to cancel an order. We will do the best we can to see that those changes are made as quickly as we receive them. So, better yet, is to call (855) 367-9477 and talk to us or leave a message.
All of our items ship from Columbia, Missouri so although West coast & East coast orders will take the longest delivery time, our central location in the US is an advantage when placing an order with us, especially if you need it ASAP.
Estimated delivery times are:
Standard Mail (United States Postal Service 7 to 10 Days Expected Delivery Time
USPS Priority Mail 2 to 3 Days (We use US Postal Service Expected Delivery Quotes)
USPS Express Mail 1-2 Business Days (Guaranteed Delivery Time, varies according you your zip code)

Yes we process & send orders to APO, FPO and PO Boxes also and again it will be via United States Postal Service only.
Mail does travel on weekends but when you anticipate delivery of your package, you must take into account, mail is not delivered on Sunday, so plan a Monday delivery if your order involves a weekend. (For example, an order placed on Friday, even though expected delivery is 2-day, won't arrive until the following Monday at the earliest). Some Priority mail may take a day or so longer than expected delivery but usually the estimates (USPS) are very accurate.
Please check and double check your address and email address when placing an order online as we use what you entered as the information to send your order and incorrect addresses can cause timely delays. The USPS is very efficient at catching some of those errors and correcting them, but that is not always the case. Some addresses simply won't show up in the system.

Our Returns Policy:
Nostalgiaville USA offers the following Return Policy: The merchandise must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. The merchandise must be in the original packaging and in NEW condition with all of the original tags still in place. We will issue a full refund within 2 weeks of receipt of the goods. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. These variables are not under our control so we allow 2 weeks for all of this to occur. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We will not be responsible for shipping charges either way on returned goods.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. When returning merchandise, please send it to Nostalgiaville.
