Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. However, if you are from Canada, it will show $0.00 shipping because we do not have that information programmed into our website as of yet. We are sorry for the inconvenience but will email you with that information as soon as we are able to weigh the items you ordered.
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: At this point, no we don't, sorry. We do however ship to Alaska, Hawaii, all US Territories or possessions. We also ship to APO/FPO addresses. In other words we ship to USPS addresses and zipcodes.
Q: Do you ship to Canada?
A: Yes, but shipping is not calculated by our website at this time. We will email you with the total shipping charges as soon as we can weigh what you ordered. We charge only actual shipping charges, NO additional handling charges will be added. Just as it is for all the shipping we do in the US.
Q: How long will it take my order to get to me?
A: Of course, it depends on your zip code and the method of shipping you choose but here are some guidelines to help you decide which method you prefer to use. Standard Shipping Orders will be to you within 2-3 weeks of the time you order. Please be sure you are not locked into a date too close to thise time frame if you choose this method of shipping. Priority Shipping Orders will reach you within 3-5 days, (6 -7 days to some east and west coast zip codes). We are located in the central part of the U.S., mid-Missouri. Priority to the states surrounding MO have changed and are not a lot more than Standard costs in most cases. Of course, Standard or Priority are not a guaranteed delivery time. To get a guarantee you must choose Express Mail. It is a guaranteed delivery of 1-2 days depending again on your zipcode. If it is imperative that you have overnight delivery, please call us at 1-800-845-1911 and we will happy to check on that for you. Someone must sign for the Express delivery or it will be taken to your post office for pick up there.
Q:Will you ship a gift for me?
A:Yes, we will. We do not charge extra for that service. We do not gift wrap, however we will include a personal note from you telling the person on whose behalf the gift was sent, and remove price tags for you. You can specify what you would like the note to say if you desire to send a note. We charge the actual shipping costs that is needed to deliver your order to the person you indicate on your shipping address. It will be sent from our zipcode which is 65262 in MO. If you include your mailing address on your order, we will also mail the paperwork receipts to you instead of putting them in the shipping box.
Q: What credit cards do you accept?
A: We accept payment through Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. You can also use Pay Pal and if you choose this option during the check-out process you will be taken directly to their website and payment can be made easily at that time.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: The item(s) you need to send back need to be in the "new" condition that they were when we sent them to you. If it is a clothing or shoe item, there is a tag that needs to be unattached and in the original spot it came to you.
