Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service Account information page. This page lists all your orders. To check the status of an order, click on the date your order was placed.
Q: What should I know about your shipping policies and choices in shipping options?
A. We offer Standard, RUSH, and Express shipping. Express shipping is a 1 to 2 day delivery, depending on your zip code. If you will call us @ 1-800-845-1911 or email us at sales@nostalgicstuffusa.com . we will gladly find out for you which time frame applies to your zip code.
We used the USPS (United States Postal Service) which offers you the following choices in accordance with the time frame in which you need to receive the goods. Example: Express Mail, RUSH Mail, or Standard Delivery. We try extremely hard to get your order to you within the time period you request. To help us ensure that this happens, please use the following guidelines: If you must receive a package within 1-2 days guaranteed, you need to consider the Express Mail option. If you choose the Express Mail option, we will do our best to give you a good idea of what time your package will arrive, morning or afternoon. You must give us a postal address where someone will be available to sign for the package when requesting Express Mail Delivery. Just call 1-800-845-1911 and we can answer any questions you may have and help in any way we can.
To find out what your shipping charges will be for each option, just click on the drop-down arrow and it will show the cost for Standard Mail, RUSH mail, or Express mail are, just type in your zip code and click "submit". The figures will appear for all three mail options. Just click on the arrow to activate the drop-down feature to see all three options at the same time. The charges will be added to your order when you choose the option "Confirm Order". That is the total you will be charged.
What is your return policy?
A. We will give a full refund on goods up to 30 days after the day of purchase. You must have your original receipt and the merchandise must be in NEW condition. We will make an exchange or refund on the merchandise amount only. We do not make a refund on special orders. In other words, if we "special order" an item for you that we don't ordinarily carry in our stock, that item would not be returnable for refund or exchange. Therefore please check sizes and measurements carefully when ordering specialty items. An example of that would be our imprintable satin jackets in colors other than black and pink.
Q. Do you ship overseas?
A. No, sorry, not at this time. We do however ship to Alaska, Hawaii, any United States territories or possessions. We also ship to APO/FPO addresses. In other words we ship to USPS addresses and zip codes.
Q. Do you accept international credit cards?
A. No, we only accept American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover credit cards with billing addresses that have a USPS Zip Code and an address within the U.S.
Q. Do you ship to Canada?
A. Yes we do. When we receive your order, we will email you with choices of shipping with costs and approximate delivery times. On the order you submit, the shipping will show as $0.00 because we don't have Canada shipping programmed into our website. Please call 1-800-845-1911 if you have any questions, thanks. Our hours are from 9AM to 5PM central time zone, 7 days a week. We run summer hours from May to September from 9AM to 8PM and can take orders during those times also. Q. How long will it take my order to get to me?
A. Of course, it depends on your zip code and the method of shipping you choose but here are some guidelines to help you decide which method you prefer to use? Standard Shipping: Orders will be to you within 2-3 weeks of the time it leaves us. Please be sure you are not locked into a date too close to this time frame if you choose this method of shipping. RUSH Shipping: Orders will reach you within 3-5 days. (6 days to some east and west coast zip codes). We are in the central part of the U.S., mid-Missouri. Express Mail: Call us @ 1-800-845-1911 and we will check your zip code to see whether your delivery will be one or two days guaranteed. We need an address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery if you choose Express Mail.
Q. Will you ship a gift for me?
A. Yes, we will. We do not charge extra for that service. We do not gift wrap. However, we will include a personal note for you telling the person on whose behalf the gift was sent, and remove price tags for you. You can specify what you would like the note to say if you desire. We charge shipping costs according to the zip code of the person to which your package will be sent. If you give us your mailing address we will also mail the paperwork receipts to you instead of putting them in the shipping box.

Q. Can I submit a Purchase Order?
We accept purchase orders from public schools ONLY.
Q. How do I submit a Purchase Order? In the checkout process on our order form, you will need to supply a Purchase Order number. Then on a public school letterhead, you need to fax us a copy of your Purchase order including the signature of a school official. Our fax number is 1-573-642-6884.
