On the adult size budget crinoline the gathers start about mid-way down to allow the fullness to be in the bottom where you need it to create that 50s look. This slip is an overall length of 25"; the same length as the poodle skirt itself. It has an elastic waistband and the top (or yoke) of the crinoline is made of a poly/cotton blend. A combination of organdy and net comprise the sheer part of this slip. One Size Fits Most Adults. The elastic waist measurement is 24" to 38".
