These skirts feature an elastic waistband that fits waists 28"-- 38". Length 27"
There are 4 color choices for the skirts and the chenille poodle patch are in the color combinations as shown in the pictures. The ruffled crinoline is made to show approximately an inch and a half below the skirt (as shown). That is the way this skirt and slip were worn in the 1950s.
